Aptivane builds AI systems and automation. Lead response, hiring, advertising, and the software underneath all of it.

It is one person in Danbury, Connecticut. That is on the page rather than behind a company voice, because you would work it out inside a week anyway. What it buys you is that the person who writes the code is the person who answers the phone, so nothing is lost in a handoff that does not exist.

Everything runs on real code and a real database, deployed to accounts in your name. Not a chain of no code steps that break quietly six months in, and not a rented seat on somebody else's platform that you lose the day you stop paying. If Aptivane disappeared tomorrow the systems would keep running and the accounts would still be yours.

Two products came out of doing that work for clients. Both are deployed, both answer real people, and both record what they did so the claim can be checked rather than believed.

Measured, not estimated

Reply times are stamped by the server, not guessed at afterwards. Every claim on this site is either a number the software recorded or a published figure you can look up yourself.

Yours, in your name

Ad accounts, phone numbers, applicant records and source code are registered to you. Export anything on request, including on the day you leave.

No AI deciding about people

There is no scoring, no ranking and no automated screening anywhere in the hiring product. Deliberately. You see every applicant and you decide.

An enquiry lands and the server stamps the time to the millisecond. A reply goes out in the owner's own words, by text and email, inside the same request. Follow ups run on day three and day ten and stop the instant the customer answers.

Enquiries you have already paid to generate are no longer lost to the time it takes to notice them. The interval between arrival and answer is measured server side, on a clock the business does not set, so the response time is a matter of record rather than an impression.
